Add all ingredients for the porridge to a saucepan (except protein powder). Bring to the boil, then switch back to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes until creamy. Stir regularly. Set aside for 2 minutes to cool down a little bit. Stir in the protein powder, top with your favourite toppings and you are ready to go!
