Summer Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup regular milk or almond milk
  • 4 tbsp stevia
  • Vanila Extract
  • Toppings: 4 tbsp keto raspberry jam
    Some cherries, raspberries and pomegranate

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (excluding toppings)
  2. Let it sit for 2 minutes until it begins to gel, and then give it a good mix again.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Stirring every 20 minutes to avoid lumps.
  4. Serve with raspberry Keto jam and fruits.
  5. Enjoy!
