Ingredients
Whipped Cream: 2 cups heavy cream, 1/4 cup powdered stevia or erythritol, 1tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until everything has combined.
Freeze your mixing bowl for at least 15 minutes.
Once chilled, using a stand mixer, whip together whipped cream ingredients on medium speed, until medium peaks form.
Pour your chocolate into 2 glasses, top with generous amount of whipped cream and sprinkle some cocoa powder on top.
