Ingredients
1 loaf No Sugar Company Keto White Bread
9 ounces berries of your choice
¾ cup stevia
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
7 eggs
2 cups almond milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Arrange bread evenly in a 8x8" baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together ¾ cups of stevia, 1 tbsp cinnamon, salt, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the bread and press carefully to fully submerge.
- Cover and set aside at room temperature for 1 hour, or refrigerate up to 1 day.
- Stir together the remaining stevia and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the top of your bread.
- Bake for around 1 hour, until golden brown, if it's browning too quickly, cover with some foil.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving and finally garnish with some berries.
